Welcome to Holy Shih Tzu Supply! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Holy Shih Tzu Supply. Holy Shih Tzu Supply operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Holy Shih Tzu Supply is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms, together with the policies referred to in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (www.holyshihtzusupply.store/policies/privacy-policy).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be 18 or over to place an order. You agree that the information you give us, such as your email address, billing, payment and delivery details, is correct, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or share your account with anyone else.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We try hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes are approximate.

The products we sell will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by UK law.

We may change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit the quantities we sell. This won't affect orders we have already accepted.

Always supervise your pet when using toys and accessories, and remove any item that becomes damaged.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. You will receive an email confirming we have received your order. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will let you know using the contact details you gave us.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy (www.holyshihtzusupply.store/policies/refund-policy).

Our products are sold for personal and household use, not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free. There are no extra customs or import charges to pay on delivery.

The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices and promotions may change, but this won't affect orders already placed. If a promotion has its own terms and they conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.

Payment is taken when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy (www.holyshihtzusupply.store/pages/shipping) and are estimates. We will do our best to deliver on time, but delays can happen because of carriers or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, you may cancel it for a full refund.

Your items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our website and its content, including our trademarks, brand, text, images, graphics, design and layout, belong to Holy Shih Tzu Supply or our licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or reuse any of our content without our written permission.

Holy Shih Tzu Supply's name, logo and slogans are our trademarks and must not be used without our permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and logos belong to their respective owners.

We may give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. These are provided "as available". Your use of them is at your own discretion, and you should check the terms on which the third party provides them.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Holy Shih Tzu Supply is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Holy Shih Tzu Supply. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Holy Shih Tzu Supply, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Holy Shih Tzu Supply.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We only supply products for personal and household use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

General information on our website is provided for guidance only. We will do our best to keep the website running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply.
