Refund policy

You can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded in full, with free return postage, if you contact us within 30 days. Email hello@holyshihtzusupply.store with your order number.
