Where we deliver: Mainland Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). We can't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or BFPO addresses.
Delivery cost: Free delivery on every order.
Delivery times: Our products ship from our international partner warehouse. Most orders arrive within 7–14 working days, including 2–5 working days to prepare your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
Tracking: You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to update at first.
Separate parcels: If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
No extra charges: All prices include VAT, and there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Problems with delivery: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email hello@holyshihtzusupply.store with your order number and we'll sort it out. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.
