Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email hello@holyshihtzusupply.store with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Condition: Please return items in their original packaging where possible. You can handle an item as you would in a shop to check it, but if it has been used beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of sending the item back. We'll give you the return address when you contact us.
Your refund: We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it). Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items: If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll offer a replacement or full refund, and you won't pay for return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
