Where is my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update at first.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days, then usually arrive within 7–12 working days. Delivery is free on all UK orders.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We're starting with UK delivery so we can keep it reliable. Sign up to our emails to hear when we expand.
Does the roller need refills or batteries?
No. It's fully reusable and needs no power. Just empty the chamber after use.
Can I use it directly on my pet?
The roller is designed for fabrics, not fur on the animal.
Will it damage my sofa or clothes?
It's designed for everyday fabrics like upholstery, bedding and coats. For delicate or unusual fabrics, try it on a hidden area first.
How do I clean it?
Open the chamber, empty the fur into the bin, and wipe or rinse the bristles if needed. Let it dry before using again.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns page for details.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Sorry about that. Send us your order number and a photo by email, and we'll sort it out quickly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
